Prior to engaging us, Valentino Beauty Pure was largely focused on marketing their line of products and services to nail industry professionals, who would then sell directly to consumers. While the client was enjoying success on the B2B side, we identified that Valentino’s DTC arm was quickly losing steam and becoming a smaller piece of their business each month. Posed with the challenge of expanding their DTC business while mitigating maintaining B2B relations, put our heads down and got to work.
